• Kim Seon Ho Created a Friendly Environment at the Filming Set According to Dancers from ‘Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’

Jo Young-seo and Kim Do-gyun, who showed their presence as members of the idol group DOS in the recently ended tvN drama 'Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha', are active as real talented choreographers and dancers. They directly compose the stage choreography of 'Just a Feeling', a hit song of DOS in the play, and teach the choreography of actors Kim Seon-ho and Shin Min-ah.

Jo Young-seo and Kim Do-gyun recently met with Xports News at a cafe in Gangnam-gu, Seoul and had an interview to hear the behind-the-scenes of the filming set from their impressions of appearing in 'Hometown Cha Cha Cha'. In particular, for the song festival stage drawn in episode 6 of 'Hometown Cha Cha Cha', Kim Seon-ho and Shin Min-ah shared the story of how they learned to dance.

First, Jo Young-seo said, "Before filming, I received a request from the production team to take a video to show the actors. After a while, I was waiting in the car on the day of filming and asked the actors to teach them how to dance. It wasn’t enough, but I tried to learn dance passionately,” he recalled. He also said that Kim Seon-ho and Shin Min-ah both concentrated on learning the choreography in a short time of 30 minutes, and continued to practice after that.

"When she saw me dancing off stage, [Shin Min-ah] imitated the movements. She followed me perfectly without any embarrassment. Even on the broadcast, she was able to digest the movements so naturally that she couldn't feel that she was dancing while looking at me." He praised Shin Min-ah for her professionalism.

Kim Seon-ho recalled that he brightened the atmosphere of the scene with his unique cheerfulness. Jo Young-seo said, "At first, when I saw the dance moves, I was very bewildered. He thought about how to get through it on his own." He said, "After about 10 or 20 minutes, I regained my leisure and quickly learned the moves and showed a good stage. Aren't you good at it?'" He laughed.

He continued, "As soon as Kim Seon-ho saw us at the scene with fellow actors and staff, he greeted us with a loud 'D.O.S' and recognized us. The staff around us also responded with 'Wow, D.O.S.'" He also expressed his gratitude.
