• Song Hye Kyo Opens Up About Being Criticized for Starring in Another Romance Drama

Song Hye Kyo's pictorial was released.

Song Hye Kyo, the lead actress of the SBS drama 'Now, We Are Breaking Up'. which will be aired for the first time on November 12, released a cover story pictorial with a magazine.

Song Hye Kyo, who does not change as much as Kang San changes, said, “As an actress, I’m never that distant from the fashion world. But I was a little surprised as I experienced indirectly what actually happens in a fashion company,” she shared. “I came to realize that it’s a battlefield where every minute and every second matters. It’s really fierce and frantic. I think the viewers will be able to enjoy what happens before the clothes we buy are put in stores.”

In addition, Song Hye Kyo said, “I had these expectations for myself about how Song Hye Kyo’s romance in her 40s will be different from that in her 30s. Some might criticize that I’m starring in a romance series again, but now that I’ve finished filming it, I have no regrets. No matter who says what, I believe that choosing ‘Now, We Are Breaking Up’ at this point of my life was a good choice.”

“For example, let’s assume that the levels of sadness I have to express in a scene are from 1 to 5. In the past, if I’ve only sensed level-1 sadness, as I get older and have more experience, now the level-4 sadness shakes up my heart. The sadness and pain that I was unaware of when I was young became a clear feeling as time passed,”- she continued

Meanwhile, SBS' new Friday-Saturday drama 'Now, We're Breaking Up' starring Song Hye Kyo will premiere on the 12th.

  • Yoo Jae Suk and Kim So Hyun bond over feeling uncomfortable with too much kindness

Yoo Jae Suk recently opened up about how his manager’s excessive kindness made him feel a bit uncomfortable.

On May 10, a new video was released on the Tteun Tteun YouTube channel, featuring Kim So Hyun, Park Bo Gum, Lee Sang Yi, and Yoo Jae Suk.

During the video, Kim So Hyun, born in 1999, surprised everyone with her honest and straightforward answers, showing the typical openness of the MZ generation.

Park Bo Gum described Kim So Hyun as “really honest and down-to-earth,” while Lee Sang Yi added, “She has no pretenses and is very straightforward, just like now.”

Kim So Hyun explained, “The older brothers are very thoughtful and take good care of me. But since I’ve become more independent, I’m more of the ‘I’m fine, it's okay’ type. The brothers try to take care of me, but I just move on quickly,” highlighting the difference in personalities.

Yoo Jae Suk, agreeing with her, shared, “I know what you mean,” as Kim So Hyun explained, “I’m the type to do things on my own, so I’m not used to being taken care of.”

Yoo Jae Suk then shared a personal story, saying, “That's similar to me. I also feel a little uncomfortable with being taken care of. My manager, when he first came from another company, would open doors for me. It was too much, and it felt burdensome.”

Ji Seok Jin joined the conversation, saying, “When I get out of the car, he comes to greet me and opens the door when I get in,” to which Yoo Jae Suk laughed, jokingly asking, “Was he from a big company?” Lee Sang Yi was also surprised, saying, “Isn’t that VIP treatment?”

Yoo Jae Suk’s discomfort with his manager’s kindness left fans laughing and relating to his story of feeling a bit overwhelmed by too much attention.
