• Actor Lee Ji Hoon Accused By Drama Staff Of Inviting A Friend On Set and Made a Scene

    A staff member from ‘Sponsor‘ claimed that Lee Ji Hoon brought over a friend to the set and made a scene.

    On the 3rd, IHQ's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'Sponsor' made an official statement and said, "Lee Ji Hoon and his acquaintance had a conflict with a staff member on the set. But this was caused by misunderstandings" they stated. "The actor has expressed his apologies as he believes the friction between his acquaintance and a staff member was caused because he didn’t act more wisely and maturely."

    They concluded, “It’s our earnest wish that the false information won’t cause anyone harm. We will pay more attention to management so that there is no more friction in the production environment.”

    Earlier, on the same day, YTN Star reported that an exposing article related to Lee Ji-hoon was posted in the 'Sponsor' staff group room.

    According to the report, A claimed that Lee Ji Hoon and his friend made a scene at the filming site and that he heard curse words from the friend. He then wrote, “The actor (Lee Ji Hoon) said that he tried to stop him, but I felt like he was saying ‘why did you mess with me?’ with his eyes.”

    Meanwhile, Sponsor is iHQ’s new Monday-Tuesday drama A romance thriller between four men and women running like a runaway locomotive toward different desires, including success, revenge, children and love.

    It will premiere on the 29th at 10:30 PM KST.
