• Drama 'Affection' Will Premiere On October

KBS2's newest drama 'Affection' first broadcast would be on October 11.

'Affection' is a secret royal romance that takes place as a child who was born as twins and was abandoned because he was a girl eventually become the crown prince following the death of his brother's three sons. If there had been a king who had to arise to the throne as a woman and had to completely disappear from history, what kind of story would have been written.

The teaser poster, released along with the news of the first broadcast, contains two people who will be thrown into a whirlpool of tempting fate, Crown Prince Lee Hwi (Park Eun Bin) and his teacher Jung Ji Woon (Rowoon). The silhouettes that face each other through the flickering lights, and even eye contact and height differences exude a strangely heart-pounding atmosphere.

Crown Prince Lee Hwi and Seo Yeon Gwan, who has been hiding the body of a woman in a large robe and carrying a secret that no one can endure, is a good young man named Jeong Ji Woon who will fill his world far away. The meeting between the king who disguises himself as a woman and the pure man who appears in front of him begins in the fierce and romantic space of the palace. As their feelings for each other grow, the shadows of unpreventable fate are also going to be cast. This is the reason why the quiet energy of the palace, which exudes an elegant atmosphere, somehow approaches far away.

The production team made a statement that even in the real scene, the beautiful atmosphere surrounding the two actors, Park Eun Bin and Rowoon, vividly brought to life the faint feeling of love. They are also asking for interest and anticipation until October 11, the schedule of the first broadcast of the drama.

Meanwhile 'Affection' will be directed by Song Hyeon Wook, who is a master of romance such as JTBC's 'Beauty Inside' and tvN's 'Oh Hae-Young Again', and written by Han Hee Jung of JTBC's 'Clean with Passion for Now. The scheduled premiere would be on October 11 at 9:30 pm KST.
