• VICTON Choi Byung Chan Confirms Role in Upcoming Korean Drama 'The Office Blind Date'

Victon's Choi Byung-chan, confirms role in SBS drama 'The Office Blind Date'.

On August 13, PlayM Entertainment announced, "Victon's Choi Byung-chan has been cast for the role of 'Shin Ha-min' in SBS's new drama 'The Office Blind Date' (written by Han Seol-hee and Hong Bo-hee, directed by Park Seon-ho, planned by Kakao Entertainment, produced by Cross Pictures)."

The drama is based on the web novel of the same name by writer Haehwa, serialized on Kakao Page, ' The Office Blind Date ' is a sweet and bloody in-house romance centered on Shin Ha-ri (Kim Se-jeong), who meets her company representative.

In the drama, Choi Byung-chan takes on the role of 'Shin Ha-min', the younger brother of Shin Ha-ri (Kim Se-jeong). Although Shin Ha-min seems immature due to his fierce temperament and arrogant side, he is expected to captivate the viewers of small screens by showing the chemistry between Kim Se-jeong and Kim Se-jeong with the deep-seated aspect of caring for his family more than anyone else.

Choi Byeong-chan debuted as a group Victon in 2016.

Following the group activities boasting a solid rise, Choi Byung-chan successfully completed his first acting challenge, receiving favorable reviews for his stable acting by perfectly digesting the role of 'Kim Yu-shin', a pure four-dimensional charm in JTBC 'Live On', which ended earlier this year. Following the casting news of KBS 2TV's romantic historical drama 'Yeonmo', which was expected as a topical work in the second half of the year, Choi Byung-chan announced the casting news for a new work 'Meet the Man', raising expectations for his 'Youth Star' performance.

On the other hand, the SBS drama 'The Office Blind Date' starring Choi Byung-chan is scheduled to air in the first half of next year.
